Beth has been coaching for over 10 years and combines her experience as a coach with her over 30 years in the corporate world to help clients step into their potential.
Beth studied at the Coaches Training Institute(CTI) where she received her CPCC certification in 2010. She also has her PCC certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) .
Beth currently works for Better Up, coaching leaders and executives in leveraging their own strengths with the strengths of their teams and by doing so, increasing the level of engagement and impact within the organization.
Beth is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Member of the PMI Mile Hi Chapter in Colorado.
Her time in the corporate space included time as a Data Designer, Software Engineer, and Business Analyst before transitioning into Management/Project Management where she specialized in coaching and mentoring her teams.
As a manager, Beth gained experience in staff development, competency assessment, and the setting of performance goals, as well as succession planning. As a project manager, Beth managed various highly visible technology projects of varying sizes as well as the teams supporting those projects.
Beth has four adult children and now lives in Lafayette, Colorado with her husband of 30 years. Drawing upon her own life experiences, she is familiar with the challenges associated with career transition, time management, maintaining work-life balance, and retirement planning. When not coaching clients, she enjoys travelling, kayaking, gardening, reading and continuing to develop her intuitive skills.
